呵呵，要有一定的身高，语文能力强，容貌姣好，和蔼可亲。

航空公司通常会在英语报章刊登征聘广告，详细的条件将会列明在里头。

通常会通过书信申请，然后进行面试活动。面试活动将分几个阶段进行，并进行淘汰。如公司迫切需要空姐或空少，他们会进行即席巡回面试（WALK－IN INTERVIEW〕，然后再淘汰。
