想告诉你我的心

自己投了一个直径30公分的球出去，
对方传回来的却是一个直径5公分的球……
难道你不曾有过这样的经验？

Or you throw a ball that is one foot in diameter
but when it comes back, it is only two inches......
Has this ever happened to you?

与其自己先投出球，却因此而遭遇不愉快，
还不如一开始就不要投球，等待别人投球给自己来得好。

Have you ever said to yourself,
"Rather than throw the ball myself, and be happy,
it is better not to throw the ball at all;
I'll wait for someone to throw it to me."

可是，要是没有人投球给你呢？

But what if nobody throws the ball to you?

投出的球冷不防的吃了闭门羹，或被狠狠地踢了回来，
因而感到伤心难过的，并不是只有你而已。
你在不知不觉中，是不是也曾对别人投出这样的球？

You are not the only one who is unexpectedly rejected,
who has the ball kicked back, who has unhappy.
May be you kick balls sometimes too,
and make someone else unhappy,
and don't know you are doing it!

每个人都希望，
自己投出的球能被别人接受。

We all want to have the balls we throw received.

[*阿灿]

每个人都希望，
有人倾听自己的心声。

We all want to have people listen to what we are saying.

[*阿灿]

每个人都希望，
自己的存在受到肯定。

We all want people to realize we exist.

[*阿灿]

那么多人期望被别人接受，
可是，到底有谁会接受他们呢？

So, who in the world is going to aknowledge all the people who want to be aknowledged?

[*阿灿]

如果，你投出去的球，
对方牢牢接住了；
如果，对方投给你的球，
你也牢牢接住了，
那么，
你们就完成了一个沟通。

If the person you threw it catches the ball you throw from the heart,
and if you catch the ball that person throws from the heart, then one stage of communication is fulfilled.

“他不愿意接我的球。”
“他投那种我根本接不住的球给我。”
我们每个人都背负着许多这种未完成的沟通。

But sometimes we feel,
"He didn't catch it the way I wanted him to."
Or,
"There is no way I could catch the ball he threw to me."
We have lots of unfulfilled communications like this.
